Description
- Uses free air to create micro-bubbles, does not require air compressors or air blowers
- No plastic or rubber diaphragm diffusers required.
- Separation tank is round and vertical
- Separation of flocculated contaminants is in pure vertical flow (no cross flow as is the case in conventional DAF systems)
- Reduced footprint compared to conventional DAF
- Separation performance greatly improved compared to conventional DAF with following flocculated contaminant reductions achievable: COD 75-95%, BOD 75-95%, TSS 85-95%, O&G 94-99%
- Simple reliable sludge removal system which produces thicker sludge compared to conventional DAF systems
- Modular construction in stainless or epoxy painted steel with standard capacities available from 1m³/hr to 40m³/hr
- Reduced maintenance compared to conventional DAF systems
- Complete wastewater treatment pilot plants available with capacities up to 1m³/hr for onsite testing which incorporates Electrical Coagulation and / or Chemical Dosing
